Update on my broken brand new Bulove Marine Star Diver. I sent it back
to Princeton Watches exactly 10 days ago. Just received the
replacement from UPS this morning. Not only did they replace it at no
fee or charge, but they sized it for me AND refunded my return
shipping costs! As you might guess, they have made a loyal customer of
me, and I will look to them first for any future watch purchases.
Customer service like this is very rare today, indeed. I would HIGHLY
recommend Princeton Watches based on my recent experiences.
