I hear a faint rattle when I shake my Omega Seamaster Professional. Is
this normal? Is it the self-winding mechanism? Can someone with the
same watch please try this? Thanks!

My Seamaster Pro doesn't rattle when I shake it, but maybe I have a
different opinion of what rattling is than you. The self-winding
mechanism should be fairly silent in this watch. My Rolex Sea Dweller
does rattle a lot, but that's the crappy bracelet and not the movement.

I find that watches usually rattle in the case for one of two reasons.
Either the self winding mechanism is a bit noisy or the plates/screws
holding the watches into the case have come loose/broken.
